Why does Politifact say that Bill Mahr and democrats are wrong about Ryan getting rid of medicare?

Politifact is right wing. Of course they will spin it. Ryan's plan gets rid of guaranteed health care for seniors. We are the richest nation on the planet I think we can afford it especially when the rich are doing better than ever.
