What is prison like for women in the UK?

No it's not like bad girls. The documentaries you see on TV give the wrong impression, they just show the bad bits. Inmates do not wander around all day and are not in and out of each other cells, they have a small amount of time for association. The rest of the time they either have work, education or are locked up. Just do not upset anyone, do not share smokes, keep away from drugs and you should be ok.
