Portrayal of Gender as the theme for the Great Gatsby?

So I have to write an essay tomorrow and I want to use the Portrayal of Gender as a theme. I know that in Fitzgeralds novel he portrays the man of the household as the more dominant person, but I want to go more in depth but I'm out of thoughts. Can someone give me any more good examples or ideas that are relevant to the theme of the gender in the Great Gatsby? I would really really appreciate it!!
