I stopped my birthcontrol can I be pregnant?

I started taking the pills on the 14th thru the 19th,on the 19th I had unprotected sex and he cummed inside me also that was my last pill I took.i stopped taking them.i already had a period on june 8th thru 13th so then on the 23rd I got another period but it just lasted 3 days and ive been having unprotected sex ever since then then yesterday I spotted a little.my boobs have been super sore and ive noticed my nipples are getting huge! Also ive been feeling very weird & I get this nasty taste inside my mouth like metal and it gets me really noseouse.now my question is am I pregnant? Or is it all just in my head???
